The New Venture Center is a group of technology-driven facilities designed to meet the needs of start-up and expanding high-tech companies.
Part of the Fitchburg Technology Campus
At the New Venture Center, it is our mission to provide the facilities, services and support needed for technology transfer and the transition of research accomplishments to the marketplace.
The New Venture Center in Fitchburg is centrally located with easy access to east, west and downtown Madison. It is just minutes away from the State's Capitol, the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the Dane County Regional Airport.
Third Phase (NVC II) offers 21,000 square-feet
of laboratory and office
space available for lease.
