New Venture Center II
(Phase 3)

In July of 2006, the Fitchburg Technology Campus opened NVC III (Phase 2), an $8 million, 46,000 square-foot building that is the second phase of the New Venture Center. As of now, the facility is fully occupied and we are pleased to announce our plans for phase three.

Currently, we are looking for a 10,000 to 40,000 square-foot tenant to launch the construction of the New Venture Center II. This third phase includes 46,000 square-feet of Class A office and research and development space, built to tenant’s specifications.
